Returns & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The 14 days starts on the day on which the carrier delivers the goods to you. You cannot cancel your order after the cancellation period has expired.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing us at help@lussio.co.uk.  You will need to contact us before the cancellation period has ended.

Where your order has been cancelled, we will reimburse the original cost of the goods provided the following apply:

The clothes are unworn, unused; and returned in the original packaging with all hang tags attached. Please note, if you, or any other person, posts a photo of you wearing the relevant clothes online, we will treat the clothes as having been worn. We will not accept a return on the basis that you have changed your mind.

We may make a deduction for any damage or loss in value of any goods supplied. For example, if we suspect that the clothes have been worn.  We will only refund delivery charges, if the product is deemed to be defective. 

We will refund your order as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day we received the return of any goods supplied; or If cancelled before dispatch, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order.

We will reimburse you using the same method as you paid unless we agree otherwise.  

If you have received the goods: you shall send back the goods as soon as possible and not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
