Shipping policy
At Lussio, we believe that luxury should extend beyond our products, it’s an experience and that includes how your order is delivered. Our shipping policy is designed to offer a seamless, transparent, and efficient experience for our customers in the UK and worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Please note: During promotional periods or new collection launches, dispatch times may extend slightly.
UK Shipping
We offer reliable and fully tracked delivery services across the UK:
Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - 2-3 Working Days £4.95 - Free on orders over £300
Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24) - 1-2 Working Days £5.49
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the UK. However please contact us at help@lussio.co.uk if you are interested in international shipping.
Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These will not be covered or reimbursed by Lussio
Order Tracking
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our HQ. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Lussio is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@lussio.co.uk. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue swiftly and fairly.
